Nibble, giggle, repeat.

So, this blog post is as much a letter to advertisers as much as a post.

Dear advertisers for Arby's,

First off, your current advertising campaign... I don't have any words for. As an employee of Arbys, it is bad when you fear going into work to wear ridiculous shirts and have slogans that look like someone typed up when they were high. I'll give some examples. Our new slogan is "Good Mood Food. Good food in, good mood out." Seriously? You have got to be joking. WHENEVER I go to any restaurant, I might enjoy the food, yes, but does it have a direct impact on my mood? Not really. Now, it's one thing to have this slogan. But to plaster it everywhere, and requiring your employees to have to wear shirts that A. look ridiculous with the slogan, and B. has HOORAY! (mind you the 2 O's are Pepsi symbols), on the back... Well.... I don't even want to even begin there.

Lastly, the slogan for "enjoying" cinnamon bites: Nibble, giggle, repeat... I... Don't even know how to even begin with this one. If taken out of context, this single phrase could be quite perverted, AND could be easily seen as a new Meme. Just saying...

Well, yes, there it is. My vent against my job. I don't hate my job, no, but, some of the things they do... I don't even want to begin to know how they came up with. Corporations don't need to make a laughing stock of themselves. They need to be inventive and creative. A great example of this is Chick-Fil-A (or even Old Spice). Quite inventive, and creative, and because of it, they are doing quite well.

Well, for all my friends reading this, I hope your jobs aren't this ridiculous with their advertising. If so, you should say what theirs is.

Finally, let me leave you with this to prove my point:
